They say I'm back but I never left Got to cover my back, get some things off my chest.
Not a saviour of literature
But I'm back on my toes
There is a higher demand But a lack of such prose.
Now on a more serious note,
I think it isn't apparent what I denote
So let's have a poll, cast your vote
I have so many ideas but not much time to gloat
There is a disadvantage on my behalf that I may not perceive
But yet again, I ask no one to be on their knees
Let us all be at ease but let me proceed
To extravagate my point or exaggerate my belief
That the barrier of minds is the major limitation
My thoughts are different than your imitation
There is no wrong or right here, only a slight inclination
My inability to express leads to doubts
In the vicinity of thoughts or thereabouts
And they make meanings of things I never dreamt
But then, that's what poetry is to be meant
However, as intricate as it may sound to be
This much "literatical geniusness" comes to me naturally
And I don't mean to be mean but that's all I can be.
On second thought, my point is still unclear
I have a lot of ideas or content, I fear,
But me being stuck in front of this page is what I truly fear
To put it clearly, let's go free
It's just the impact of listening rather than reading
My perception is different from yours
But sometimes, this abstractness makes the text lose its true meaning
Because after me, there is just assumption of thoughts with no clear perspective
And in the worst case, makes the poem lose its stature or makes it deceptive.
They say I'm back but I never left Got to cover my back, get some things off my chest.
Not a saviour of literature
But I'm back on my toes
There is a higher demand But a lack of such prose.
